Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
About 10 fresh, organic cherries, washed, pitted and roughly chopped or apple of your choice, roughly chopped.
1/4 cup  pecan pieces 
1/4 cup green onions (scallions) chopped up
1 can water chestnuts, rough chopped
2 tsp packed finely chopped fresh tarragon
1/4 cup or so, canned coconut milk.  
Coarse sea salt to taste 
Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Prepare and combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix well. 
Serve with butter or romaine lettuce for a nice chicken salad wrap.
